Neptune Gardens for Nursing and Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility located in Neptune, New Jersey just off Route 18 and down the block from Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Neptune Gardens offers short-term rehabilitation, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy as well as long-term care services and a peritoneal dialysis program. It is a congenital disorder of the urinary system characterized by a triad of symptoms, including cryptorchidism, abdominal wall deficits, and genitourinary deficits. A proud military man – inside and out – Thomas, 70, came to Neptune Gardens following a bad fall which resulted in bi-lateral hip displacements.
